Ted on the phone was wonderful, took my information and was able to send Celso to our house with a few hours. They did a full diagnostic on my heater and figured out what was wrong. Throughout the process, at every step, Celso walked me through what they recommended and had to do, the cost, and the timing. He figured out that my ignition was broken, was under warranty, and got the manufacturer to ship a replacement. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was well taken care of.
I will 100% be calling them for all my plumbing or heater needs. Great and fast job with amazing customer service.
